1	I thought this was illegal now? Downvote time: Yes, but that is incorrect. If it's a statistical significance, it's discriminatory NOT to adjust premiums in light of it. Come on, isn't that what this subreddit is about? The idea that the skew of discrimination is widely mis-judged? 0	I thought this was illegal now? No, because it isn't discrimination, it's based purely on statistics. They don't give a fuck how you drive, they're profiling you for a category of risk. How else would you assess people for insurance? You do know that they "discriminate" on you for the colour of your car too? And your postcode?
