1	How can I maintain "state" in a low frequency environment? (Cold Approach) Be confident, respectful, and nice. Act as if you enjoy your own company more then you enjoy hers (to an extent). Don't be expecting and just talk to her simply to have good conversation with another human being. Humans are social creatures by nature so if you act like a normal human being most women won't mind striking up conversation with you or at least they won't be too rude about it if they're just not interested.
