I was banned in a thread about predatory lending practices by credit card companies and companies offering student loans, none of which had anything to do with gender. It's clearly just a case of mods banning people for being part of a subreddit, and has nothing to do with content or TOS violation. Similarly, the conclusion that r/pussypassdenied is a hate subreddit seems rather subjective. Highlighting double standards is in and of itself not misogynistic.

Yeah, I guess they just got contact lists from some marketing firm, our vet would post mail for the cat to our address with the cat's name, so someone presumably thought this was a natural person and the credit card company saw an opportunity. I believe they banned the practice not long thereafter - this was in the early 90s in Canada, which presumably copied the model from the US.

Predatory lending. They give out loans to anyone and everyone, then apply exorbitant interest rates to make sure you're basically never paying down the principal. Credit card companies used to do it a lot too - when I was a kid, my cat who had just been chipped ended up receiving a credit card in the mail, it only had a few hundred dollars as a limit, but it was fully functional and required no verification of any sort, and had clearly never been applied for.

Sports are supported largely by viewership, advertising, ticket sales, merchandising, etc. all of which can be tracked back to a team or even an individual athlete's overall financial pulling power. No, but there's also a need to be upfront and transparent about things like STDs, kids, etc. and if one is having this many partners, being regularly tested is also a must. It's always a risk having ones immigration status depend on the longevity of their relationship. A friend of mine in Japan had the opposite problem, he was on a spousal visa and his wife was screwing around. His options were either put up with it, get deported, or quickly find some way to switch to a different visa. I would gauge it more by context, I guess. I've been groped by women in bars and never really had a problem with it, even if I wasn't interested. This was more or less the outcome I was expecting, so I've had the past 7 months to mentally prepare for losing them (not an experience I would wish on anybody), and it will still be a few months before she flees the country with them. At least one positive out of the whole COVID-19 situation is that it delayed all of the court proceedings by 4+ months, so it's given me more time with the kids that I wouldn't have otherwise had.

If that's the case, it's certainly a rarity. In my custody battle with my ex-wife (in Germany) we were both forced to undergo a psychological evaluation in order to determine which parent was a better fit.
