I was under the impression that racism occurs when one race deems themselves superior and that leads to actions that have negative impacts on another race. Work racism would be suppressing visible minorities in a workplace by giving them less recognition and pay for their work, making it harder to progress in their field, or just downright not hiring them in the first place.
