4	USC student Armaan Premjee was charged with rape and faced expulsion after being reported by a female student. Luckily security footage showed she was all over him the entire night and proved she was just a drunk slut regretful of consensual sex that was now trying to ruin someone's life From what I can tell she didn’t report it, her roommate did. The state took the case as the victim, which California allows for sensitive cases. As for why she didn’t step forward and say it didn’t happen? Can’t find anything on that. This isn't because she's a girl, its because they didnt have enough evidence against her. I'm honestly surprised she even signed the bargain, I think she could have gotten away with it because the dude was in a kayak he knew wasn't safe, wasn't wearing a life vest, and there was an obvious language barrier between her and the police when she was interrogated.
