| 1 | The flaw in men is that they undervalue themselves. When the flaw in women is that they overvalue themselves.Being respectful means having good manners and not invading personal and mental space without invitation - honoring boundaries as any moral and reasonable person would. Having respect means that person has earned my favor and admiration through their actions and demeanor. I know this is a two way street and I guess one earns respect by being respectful. I agree with this part You must be a MGTOW newcomer as the above topics have been posted and discussed on this sub at nauseam. Correct, I got he… | /r/MGTOW | 27/09/18 10:46 PM |
| 1 | The flaw in men is that they undervalue themselves. When the flaw in women is that they overvalue themselves.“respect women, be sensitive, put her needs first, blah blah.” Are we talking about women in general or S.O.'s? That greatly changes things. In regards to women in general, and people in general for that matter, there's nothing wrong with being respectful. It sets a friendly tone, and if the other party doesn't reciprocate then you gain the moral highground. You don't need to though, but if it's your opinion that you're forced to I'd like to hear your case. As far as partners go, I absolutely am… | /r/MGTOW | 26/09/18 08:22 PM |
| -2 | Females who talk about sex are normal but men who talk about sex are pigs? -sI don't think I'm better than anybody. I'm just saying that in my experience, among female friends, I've never had problems with discussions about sex. There's no need for name calling. I'd be happy to discuss the matter with you if you can be a little more specific than "Men can't talk about sex but women can" because that's just false | /r/MGTOW | 26/09/18 06:49 PM |
| -5 | Females who talk about sex are normal but men who talk about sex are pigs? -sWhat are you trying to say OP, that sex needs to be taboo and that nobody can talk about it? I've had plenty of frank, positive discussions about sex with female friends, perhaps you were just unlucky, or you're approaching it wrong, but at least in my experience it hasn't been a problem. Just don't bring it up over coffee. | /r/MGTOW | 26/09/18 05:05 PM |
| 0 | The flaw in men is that they undervalue themselves. When the flaw in women is that they overvalue themselves.I disagree. Research shows that at least in a working environment women tend to be less assertive and underestimate their ability and capability, where as men overstate their abilities and capabilities. Women should actually be more assertive in order to succeed. I think, OP, that you're relying on anecdotes instead of hard evidence and it makes your case pretty weak | /r/MGTOW | 26/09/18 05:02 PM |
