When I search with “male vs female police officer performance”, the results was all about females eg. ‘female police officer work place harassments’ and ‘we need more female police officers’, of course, there was also ‘a female police officer got choked out by a homeless man’ and ‘ female police officer sued police station for harassment’. I remember an old teaching that says the ones that are capable should look after people around them, for that’s a virtue because they share their power when they don’t have to. On the other hand, the weak ones only look after themselves, not because they don’t want share or help, but they have nothing to do so. Then the weak should feel shamed, and then strive to become capable, at least not a burden to anyone else. Well, it’s old, it’s probably nonsense anyway.

I forgot which nature program it was , it says the predator normally hunts the prey that don’t have the means to fight back. If the predator pick a though prey and get hurt, then the predator may lost the ability to procure food and may die.
