What's your main argument in favor of them staying uncircumcised, rather than improved sexual stimulus and some vacuous self-determinism ideal? They act according to superstition and custom; these are people who believe that having sex with a virgin will cure you of AIDS. A quick search shows the literacy rate of South African women to be between 82% and 89%. Where are your statistics that say 83-90% or more of SA women have been raped? I have seen wildly varying numbers, but none anywhere near 90%, and have found no sources for the blogs/articles making the same claim you did.

So where is the line when a blog (Jezebel) goes from "not generally notable" to "notable"? What specific number of page views per month? The article seemed to start off okay (though the Nice Guy stuff started to reek), but then rapidly deteriorated. Just to clarify, you're using a 20 year old study in a county with 133,000 people (I searched and can't even find the study to read it, but it was done by The Committee for Justice for Women which makes me cautious) and applying it it to a country of over 300 million?

Don't know what you're looking for here. She pulled out the "I don't trust men because they were assholes way before I was born, so your gender is now and forever tainted" card.
