I'm working a job that's pretty bad too I know I can be paid more for my work but this place is conveniently close to me and commute is a big deal. The office is soo bad, supervisors constantly don't know what they want so they say do one thing, we do it, then they get disrespectful to the employees for doing it wrong. Boss tries to 'pressure' workers to work faster but I don't fall for that shit, like it's paperwork not open heart surgery. Also healthcare generally sucks everywhere.
