Sorry, but what is this "the east" you are referring to. I am from china, and i can tell you that both my parents and aunts and relatives are within 1-3 years to eachother, and the greatest difference of 8 years is from my rural grandparents, who where born before the communists. This "The east" doesn't fit with the "east" that i have experienced

The problem with this is that she likes to cook ethnic foods, curry paste? check dumplings? check omu-rice? check. so its a bit hard to count those

Tbh I do have a high body fat percentage right now and am running and going on creatine, its hard to control my diet as i dont cook for myself though
