The guy's PTSD does matter, and it sucks, but it doesn't affect the easyness of the crime. It's one sentence. How do you know she tried to ruin his life? I misread the article. I thought she raped him. I know it's still wrong, it's terrible I can do both. Why tho?

Bad phrasing: I meant "easy" as in not like PTSD inducing like murder. Also, you don't know she tried to ruin his life. it might be she didn't want to have her life ruined. Also, if you don't like it being done to men, advocate for it not being done to men, not having women get it.

Or maybe they shouldn't put that on men. That's what I'm saying. If you don't like it, don't put it on someone else. Also it's one of the worst things, but it's a very easy thing to do without thinking. She shouldn't have her life ruined just because of this. You said it shouldn't be done to a man, so why should it be done to a woman?

People don't do that "eye for an eye" stuff anymore. Just because that's what would've happened for one crime, doesn't mean it should happen for another. The crimes aren't equal. It's sounding pretty sadistic for you to say she should get abandoned in every way possible. If you don't approve of the sentencing of men, maybe don't try to put it on someone else?
