Thank you for your Tipps. Just a quick disclaimer If someone here has genuine (severe) trauma pls don't try fixing yourself alone with books. I've tried it and also read the body keeps the score and while the book is really interesting I retraumatized myself extremely on the way and basically got non stop flashbacks etc. for the time back then until I went to a real therapist and did really slow trauma work with them.

Can I ask you why you would not recommend that book? I'm not completely finished yet but so far the Tipps have been: - waiting until you sleep with a men (at least 7 dates) - not being too nice first meaning giving basically wife treatment in dating phase - not let your boundaries be pushed - having standards It's not about being a literal bitch.

The book is NOT about being a bitch (I assume that you have not read it). It's more about keeping boundaries, standards, probably vetting, not giving too much first. And is also supringsily in line with redpill ideas.

I have the same issue and I'm currently reading "why men love bitches". I think this book could really help you as well.

Wow thank you!!! You are completely right and that explains so much. When I lived with my ex (he was super duper organized and coming up with systems) I followed his system/cleaning plan to a key and our house was always clean but in my own apartment I wasn't able to do that. And also thank you for summarizing that part of the book. It's really really helpful. Really can't thank you enough. I'm super motivated now to come up with that system and buy myself dry ease board haha.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
