You can acclimate yourself to social interactions by doing something as simple as a dance class, or yoga or what other activity that is usually done in groups that you can think of. There it won’t be as weird finding something to talk about because you can talk about the class itself. I find it harder to talk to random people that you have seen once than to someone that I have seen twice a week for a couple of weeks.
