I don't remember many specific books, although Dr. Paul's Mind OS book helped me a lot. I also studied Schema and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. You can find books on those subjects. Well there wasn't an incel community back then when I was one, soo in my mind I kind of felt alone in my situation. I got a lot inspiration from the old David DeAngelo DVDs, especially Deep Inner Game series. I really liked Adam Lyons, Richard aka Gambler, Jared Psyche had some great talks on Youtube.
