You should dicipline yourself to train for one month, with proper diet ofcourse. Then you'll notice first gains and you will be motivated as fuck. Results are the best motivation, because you want to be even more stronger and look better. Plus you don't want to lose hard earned gains.

I was in the similar situation but I definetly used this "I am not sure if this is the thing I want to learn and do for the rest of my life". I was just lazy as shit for studying. And cut the Pot off my friend. At least for a certain period (1-2 months). It will clear your head and you will think different (Used to smoke). And it kills your productivity ofcourse.
