Pure female logic here...took the lower-risk, lower reward payment structure (guaranteeing a more stable income), then want to revise after they do well and realize they’d have made our better under the a deal like the men’s incentive-heavy contract. Can’t use the courts to revise a bad deal you made

Never understood why that is the pearl-clutching worst thing you can say to a woman. It’s slang for a woman part. I don’t get mad if I’m called a dick. I also love that Brits use it in every other sentence on TV.

Not necessarily. Under the new Title IX guidelines, he'd be given the same presumption of innocence as in a criminal trial. Plus it takes away the mandate for schools to investigate rape. In biomedical research (my old field), there's parity between women and men at the graduate level. I've seen that by that stage in life there are two distinct camps of women. One wants to put her nose to the grindstone and crank out paper, similar to the vast majority of men in the field.
