I just wanted to play baseball. That was my passion as a kid. That might be silly to you, but it wasn't to me and I'm sure it wasn't to all of the other boys who couldn't play in the name of "equality." And yes, I tried out again - I fared worse than the first time around. IMO, sports should be supplied according to interest. I remember trying out for baseball as a freshmen in high school. Our school had about 60 boys trying out for ten spots. I remember the kids - we all loved baseball and had all played little league for years together. I personally had played since I was five years old and loved baseball, but I was barely edged out of the top ten. I cried for hours and locked myself in my room when I found out I was cut. 1	Question: I've been reading a bunch of threads about men bringing up another man's baby (because the wife cheated). Do you think it's fair for men to request a paternity test when they have a baby, just by default, to make sure they're not wasting their money/time raising another man's child? It's not. You just can't prove intent with the birth certificate because all the woman has to say is "I sincerely believed he was the father." 3	Assault? ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? I'll probably get downvoted for this, but... It's assault, albeit the most minor kind - offensive or unwelcome contact. In Texas, you're talking about a Class C misdemeanor punishable by upto a $500 fine.
