What is the occupation of your STBXW or Ex-Wife?Unemployed despite years of college education. Real fun for spousal support payments. | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/06/26 03:09 PM
How do I deal with this rageHey man, a lot of what you wrote brought me back to my life six months ago. I used weight lifting and running to deal with the rage. Have since moved out and life is so much better now. Karma came for her hard. Stay out of trouble. I promise you can make this terrible situation even worse. Don’t, stay clean and get through hell as fast as you can. This too shall pass. | /r/Divorce_Men | 03/06/26 03:13 AM
I don't know what to do and I'm so lost right nowSorry bro. Full custody is hard. Work for at least 50-50. Can you manage a 2-2-3? On your days off, make choices that better you. Lift and stay away from booze and bullshit. Drinking just makes your trip through hell take longer. Walk 15k steps per day and eat clean. Not easy. But all of this will be less suffocating. Doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy yourself and go hard sometimes, but only sometimes. Stay strong. Do it for your little girl. | /r/Divorce_Men | 19/05/26 04:39 AM
Today I RealisedIf you’re not already, get in the gym and start lifting. Cut junk food and drinking. Time heals all. Don’t quit. Hang in there and do 1% better each day. 1% adds up, stay consistent. | /r/Divorce_Men | 24/03/26 05:43 PM
I thought I was building a family but I was surviving a relationship.Dang is this all AI? Seemed very well written and well thought out.. was just hoping OP was intelligent. Either way, story reminded me of my own. | /r/Divorce_Men | 30/01/26 01:30 PM
Women Typically Don't Leave for a Worse Situation..... Exceptions to the Rule?God damn I can’t wait for that drop off!! It won’t be for a few years at least, but I know it will happen one day and it will have made all of this terrible shit worth it. | /r/Divorce_Men | 23/01/26 04:53 AM
Moved out todayI feel like moving out is the finish line I need to get to. Perhaps I need to manage my expectations. I too have never lived alone so it will be my first time as well. Hang in there buddy | /r/Divorce_Men | 12/01/26 05:20 AM
Wife frequently calls me a “useless piece of shit”I see a lot of similarities with what you’ve described and my marriage (ending, soon to be divorced). Wife also calls me a useless piece of shit among other hurtful things, despite the fact that I am the sole provider and extremely involved in care of our 18 month old. We deserve love and respect. This ain’t it. Can’t wait to move out and start my new life. Good luck brother. | /r/Divorce_Men | 12/01/26 05:10 AM
Anyone else have trouble sleeping?Same problem here. What has helped me has been to wear myself out during the day. Get shit done all day and then hit the gym at night. I have used the gym to help with my anger and release all of the built up tension/energy. Try to exhaust yourself before you hit the pillow. Don’t scroll on your phone. Read a book or watch ONE episode of something. I too have dealt with racing thoughts in the middle of the night, and my mantra has been “I don’t need to solve this problem right now”. Face it when… | /r/Divorce_Men | 09/01/26 02:35 PM
This Is how I deal with my EX calls and textsGot a few of those texts today. Good outlook, thanks for sharing! | /r/Divorce_Men | 03/01/26 01:03 AM
Mediator success stories?God I am praying it goes this way for me. My STBXW is throwing insane numbers at me and saying that they are non negotiable. Hopefully her crazy numbers are wrong, and hopefully she listens.. | /r/Divorce_Men | 19/12/25 02:34 PM
