Thank you so much for this! Most of what you mentioned here, I didn't even know about or think about. Especially, the idea of just buying up an aborted rural/exurban "housing development" and exclusively marketing it to bachelors without getting in trouble for discriminating against women, through the use of specific legal document tactics. I assumed getting around the women problem was impossible. That's why the MGTOW Island came to mind. Thanks, again.

IDK, do whatever the people who own islands do on theirs. I've never owned one, but turns out quite a few rich people do. I'd attempt to run my business out of there, especially if the island belongs to a country which imposes no income tax! Or perhaps build something like Galt's Gulch if possible. It's private property. What do you like to do on your private property?

Hey DWShimoda, any thoughts or critiques on this idea? I have guys on here comparing it to Lord of The Flies (a negative viewpoint) and Galt's Gulch (a positive viewpoint). I think it's better than my MGTOW Mansion idea and the MGTOW frat idea.

That's interesting. If this idea worked out and the MGTOWs who owned the island, set up businesses on it, the country that the island is located in could potentially be one of those which impose no income tax on its residents. So less affluent MGTOWs could move to the island for work and get paid a full, non-taxed salary. Maybe even buy land from the owners of the island and build their own home on it. Very cool.

I've had that thought many times, but after seeing how many civil wars we've had in the MGTOW community, I'm coming to the realistic conclusion that saving everyone isn't possible and could end up hurting me in the long run. A MGTOW Elite (think Bilderberg Group) will inevitably form from the 50,000+ of us. I'd like to be part of that small, elite group. I think buying an island for the 20-500 of us is the smart idea. Less drama, potential violence and crime.

Awesome, right?! I'm not sure how the pitch in process would work out, though. I'm guessing we all give our $482 to a lawyer or a bank to hold, then when the $26,000,000 amount is reached, the bank/lawyers signs all of our names to the property, as joint owners.

As you probably saw, there weren't too many highly negative responses to my MGTOW Mansion idea. I thought it was a pretty cool idea, living with fellow MGTOW brothers in a big house, enjoying life like those famous YouTubers do, these days. Perhaps i'm wrong.

Nope. I don't know much at all about fraternities or christian welfare movements like the YMCA. That's why I asked for your thoughts and thorough critiques, on this idea. It seems like a more realistic, possible and accessible version of my MGTOW Mansion idea, which is very possible. As it just takes a few friends and some $$$. organization of clubs I'm thinking more of a network of MGTOW frat houses, rather than a MGTOW Men's Club. There are literally hundreds of male-only fraternities out there. And female-only fraternities, too! And I'm not saying we announce it to the world, or anything. Plus, seven guys buying a house together is nothing criminal or discriminatory. The roommates I've lived with for years are dudes! lol The women we know are fine with us splitting the rent and living together.

Ok. Forget the town stuff. If I go the secret society route (which will basically be a private community within the public MGTOW community), like I was mentioning to another MGTOW on here, the enemy wouldn't know who they're looking for or what they're looking for. My god... A literal fucking MGTOWN... With that number of people with the same mindset, concentrated in one place, we could essentially create our own town with it's own separate culture and economy. Like separatist bachelorism or something. I agree with you on that. I surely am too ambitious. I'm just really interested if it can be pulled off. The thought of MGTOW syncing our minds together and exercising our power (financial power in this case) really excites me. I'm open to purchasing a ranch, instead, which works with the minimalist (and survivalist) lifestyle, better. Cherry Creek Ranch, for example, has 31,561 acres of land for sale for $23,000,000. If I can find 22 MGTOW who are willing to put up $1,000,000 with me, to purchase the land, I'll do it when I get the money.

Yep. Poor MGTOW need to focus on building wealth and starting small, property wise. Luckily, living this MGTOW lifestyle enables now-free men to build wealth quite easily and quickly. Having an opportunity to buy into a piece of MGTOW property, like i'm proposing, shouldn't be too difficult.

I've heard of wealthy men buying hundreds of acres of land (usually a big ranch) for millions of dollars. That could work for us MGTOW, because we could share the acres evenly, amongst the 10-20 of us. Instead of living on top of eachother in a mansion, we could live next to eachother on land, in more humble houses. GOOD IDEA.
