1	While we all support self defense, planning to kill someone isn't self defense. Kyle is a 2A leader, Chad's ex-wife is a Texas Judge, they hid Chads son during Chads scheduled visitation pickup time, trying to anger the Father, then kill him. It was premeditated murder. That was not self-defense. Chad didn’t have a gun or any type of deadly weapon. Nor did he make threats of violence against anybody. At most, Chad was guilty of trespassing and disorderly conduct. You can’t threaten to use deadly force against someone for that. You call the police. Chad closed the distance with Kyle as a tactical move to defend himself from being shot.
