bought a leather jacket, wore my aviators more, and picked up a habit of chewing on a toothpick. Are you auditioning for the cast of TopGun? You might want to re-tool the look you're going for.

It's immature that the girl wants to explore one option fully before she tries another? Everyone is different. As mostly dudes we want to have tons of options. Some girls are honest and like to explore one thing at a time, IMO for long term relationship i'd rather be with that kind of girl.

She didn't "blow you off" she was actually straight with you and told you her situation. most girls will just lie. then she liked you enough to come back when her situation changed, and you snubbed her. basically you found an honest chick who did right by you, and because your little ego was bruised by her honesty you fucked up.

you have legitimate issues. if she isn't giving you the signals you want, you cut your losses and move on to the next girl so you don't waste your night. if she isn't going to kiss you, she sure isn't going to rub your dick when you offer it. use common sense.

there's no need to be defensive. read all of your posts about the types of cues she was giving, it all reads that basically she didn't want to escalate with you, so framing her in that way is just giving her more reinforcement to not want to escalate.

you're confused. an 'alpha' would kiss a girl that wants to be kissed by him, a beta misreads social cues and blames his inadequacy on something else.

do you realize how fucked up that sounds? simple DON'T try and kiss her if she is trying to avoid it. you probably came off like a creepy predator

You're probably one of those girls who have to go out for 3 months before you even kiss a guy if you frame her as being the kind of girl that is like that, that is what she will be to you. trying to shame her for not wanting to make out with you is a terrible idea. since when is that an acceptable way to treat someone?

if you're getting mixed messages from a girl you definitely shouldn't tell her that your dick is already hard, what are you? a 13 year old boy?

That's laughably false. A real study is published in a scientific journal and subjected to peer review, must be objective and follow the scientific method. Often a study doesn't aim to show 'what causes what' but merely shows a correlation. In contrast, this was just someone saying they observed something and they think they know what caused it.

I think you're very confused. I'm not saying that empirical evidence is bad, I'm saying that this is observational evidence at best, yet it's being characterized as science in the OP. I'm sure that maintaining eye contact is a display of confidence and control in most culture so I can extrapolate BASED ON MY EXPERIENCES on how it could benefit someone in such a scenario. Sharing experiences is fine, just don't call them facts and don't call them science. There's no shame in calling empirical evi…

there is no 'study'. it's just some person who observed something; the post title is very misleading.

I was referring to your title characterizing this as 'scientific evidence'. Don't be so defensive, it's just a comment.

Saying 'I conducted an experiment' doesn't mean your findings are within the realm of 'science'. Studies are peer reviewed and controlled. This is someones observation, not 'scientific evidence'. I'm not making a claim as to whether the findings are valid or not.

awesome. then do you agree that we shouldn't be telling guys trying to reform their game 'don't be nice'? we should be redefining what 'nice' is so that it isn't synonymous with being a pussy. it would save a lot of guys from thinking they can't be nice to girls, that they have to be assholes 24/7 when they are starting out.
/r/seduction19/11/13 10:40 PM
5

you're assuming niceness = being beta. i disagree wholeheartedly with that sentiment. i'm not suggesting 'changing your game'. your definition of nice is being a pussy. that's a very hollywood way of looking at it.
/r/seduction19/11/13 09:16 PM

i disagree. i think you're over analysing the hell out of it. girls DO want a nice guy... when they are in a relationship. it's just not pure niceties that create attraction. you're also drawing a false dichotomy between nice and being timid/shy. they are not the same thing. you can be nice and confident and tease. niceness does not equal being timid.

movies and by extension bittorrent are responsible for about 50% of my lays for sure. "come over and watch a movie" it sounds so innocent but those sweet sweet words have given girls a good enough excuse to come over and open their vaginas for me for yearrrssssss

'know of' is not the same as knowing someone. you can have guys or girls all around you throwing their attention at you and it seems pointless because its not the type of attention you want, or its not from the type of person you want it to be. you can be lonely in a sea full of people. 'hot' girls know that.
/r/seduction18/09/12 04:27 PM

you must not know any hot broads then.
/r/seduction17/09/12 04:20 PM

If you knew more "hot girls" you wouldn't assume that. The quote I said about water everywhere but nothing fit to drink is applicable to this situation. Also, even as a guy I find myself in this situation. I'll be lonely and have 3 or 4 girls that want to hook up or want to date but I won't want any of them because I feel like that puzzle is solved.
/r/seduction16/09/12 06:26 PM

she can call all those guys but a lot of times she won't because those 20 dudes are all out to get her pussy, and all she wants is to talk to a guy who doesn't want to use her for something. i think that's what you're missing. she is surrounded by all these guys but more alone than ever because there is no genuine one among them. and i there is he can't make himself known.

contrary to what you may think, attractive girls get lonely too. ever heard the saying 'water water everywhere but not a drop to drink'

I agree with a lot of what you said, but I like to stick your 3 dates into the first interaction. In some cases where you can't figure logistics out I'll do it in 2 interactions. (interactions being the next time you 'hang out' --i don't like to call it a date). but yeah. fuck man. 3 dates is a lot of my time to spend. everybody has a different style I suppose.

It's not calibration so much as state. This guy has problems controlling it.

the drug helped you get into a good state, which is why you were so successful. so the question you should ask is: "how do I get in a good state?" edit: reproducing the molly-like effect may be difficult. but it's possible. i used to always drink when i went out, even if it was just a couple to loosen up my tongue. but since i was training for a bodybuilding competition, i had to stop drinking. this is where i learned how to raise my energy level and put myself in a social state without using a …

you're thinking about it the wrong way. you don't 'hit on girls at the gym'. you just go talk to them. what's weird about talking to people?
/r/seduction26/01/12 08:24 PM

i said it before, improving yourself is fine. but you're creating an alternate personality and putting this girl above you by thinking to yourself "i can't talk to her unless i dress like this and act like that". throw it out the window and just start talking.
/r/seduction17/01/12 09:50 PM

my issue is that you're crafting a persona, not that you want to dress nice and have confidence. you want to dress nice and have confidence FOR HER. that's your problem
/r/seduction17/01/12 09:49 PM

you need to read what he said again because he's giving you good shit, just with a blunt delivery. the fact is, you did throw out cookie cutter excuses that were distractions from the real issue with yourself. you externalized your failure on your uncombed hair and clothes rather than realizing all you had to do was just talk to her.
/r/seduction13/01/12 05:52 PM

I've seen this a few times in /r/seduction and it bothers me. You're all worried you didn't look your best, didn't have on your game face, your hair was uncombed, whatever. It bothers me because you're creating a persona rather than trying to improve yourself. If you were changing yourself you'd just go talk to her instead of thinking "i need to have my hair combed, i need to make her laugh". Girls can smell the fake persona from a mile away. tldr; You don't need to be PREPARED. The most fun thi…

Go caveman. Don't shower or shave or dress nice. You're just putting pressure on yourself by building it up. Detach yourself from what you think they think of you. Also, I rarely do a cold approach. In public I will catch her eye, make sure I don't break contact, then wink or smile. After that I just go up and say hi, no need for any other opener.

impress with your personality, not your kitchen. if all you want is to get laid every week, you don't need to be able to make anything more complicated than KD.

it's not how I am, but it's the vibe I get from a lot of guys. not speaking just from reading posts but from guys in the real world talking about girls. when somebody brags to you about a girl or a conquest, they are seeking validation. game for me is about having fun, that's why my roommates don't usually know when i'm having a girl over unless we're too loud.

In American society it is standard that the guy is the aggressor (or have I been brainwashed by tv) don't go by what you've seen on tv. my opinion on the topic: you never want to 'chase', ever. you're right a guy like morgan freeman as an advantage because he doesn't have to do anything and is immediately seen as having huge value. but still, if you chase a girl, all she will do is run away. for me it's all about push/pull. i'll initiate conversation, then pull back, let them know i'm interested…

first of all congratulations on getting over a personal barrier. i have a few tips for you. if you don't want to be considered a friend, in my experience, the best thing to do is to take the conversation sexual/flirty very soon after meeting them, something that fits into the conversation you are having but projects you aren't just looking for a friend. I understand you've got a long road ahead of you, but this is something that seems to have always worked for me. my other bit of advice is to ne…

say that sounds fine and chill for a week, use the time to broaden your horizons with other girls. after the week is over, get back to her. i'd make sure you aren't betting everything on this one girl or you will build it up to be more than it is in your head. sometimes people just genuinely are busy, it's happened to me before where i ask them out and say "im really busy this week maybe sometime next week" you can take that as she's not interested then make yourself look dumb by trying to flirt…

you are who you are bro. you can tweak things but you can't rewrite all rules. being confident in yourself and knowing yourself will get you further than trying to completely alter how your brain works (and IMO more efficacious)

i have this issue too (sort of), i'm an introvert as well. I firmly believe that it is our brain chemistry and not something we can change. but DON'T confuse the definition of introvert and being shy though. an introvert means (mainly for our purposes) that social interaction drains energy, whereas an extrovert draws energy from interaction. you are an introvert, you can't change your brain chemistry, learn to love it. you will always need your alone time to 'recharge' but that has no bearing on…

if she's accusatory, fake, dishonest, and immature, I don't want to have anything to do with her. running game just to put your penis in a girl like that isn't worth it.
