It seems cliché but it works. Myself and a few of my close friends have all been through divorce and after our ho phase, we were healed. Most went on to remarry successfully. I chose a different way.

Don't go looking for relationships right after divorce. You need to work on yourself and build yourself back up. You need to go into your ho phase. Nothing better than lifting weights and getting your pecker wet to move past it all. Both are confidence builders and fun.

If she doesn't deserve forgiveness, then don't forgive, but forget. Work on your recovery, build your worth back up and move on. Concentrate on you and your kids and the rest will fall into place. Never settle and keep building your empire king!

Don't forgive, just forget I always say. They don't deserve forgiveness so fuck em.

Shes bored and needs someone new to pay attention and swoon over her. She will ruin a good man and a family for her selfishness instead of working with her husband to make their life exciting again. Dumb witches. Never get married

That alone feeling was the worse for me. Going home to an empty house sucked. You get used to it again, keep yourself busy with your hobbies and/or add new ones. Keep building your empire king and the rest falls into place. Just remember to never sacrifice your peace again.

Greatest thing ever being yourself again! Don't ever lose it and you'll be happy forever. With or without a woman in your life.

Iowa, no fault state so affairs don't matter. However length of marriage and possession is a difference. My soon to be ex is only entitled to half of the equity in the home that was made during the year of marriage. It's like 500 dollars.

Oh I'm sure she has begun her smear campaign, which I don't care. I know who I am and so do the people I give a shit about. But yes, there will be no mercy and I will push for as fast as I can. I own everything pre marriage, she has nothing in her name, nor any money.

It's leverage against her reputation. My state is a no fault state so it doesn't matter towards the divorce. It's a personal leverage. Some states I hear it can be used in the divorce, not sure if true or not. Couldn't hurt to look into it

Exactly! I'm holding it as leverage to speed the divorce up. It won't go public if at all til it's over. I'm not taking a chance of dragging this out.

They love me! They all saw and know what my ex is like. I've learned she has also screwed them over and our divorce is icing on the cake.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
