That's how you build a better world: by being a condescending prick to everyone else. We're all the problem, and you're the lone voice of reason. Good luck with that. Try not to shoot up any public places, won't you?

Wow. Great contribution, guy. Way to stay on topic. It's truly hilarious that you think the sex that has spent hundreds of years clawing their way into something resembling equality isn't fully aware of the prevalence of coercion. I guess we should all collectively lay back and submit to oppression and violence since it's an inevitability that we cannot escape. Thank goodness you're here to educate us all with your sage wisdom.

How is someone assuming they are born to take the lead because of their genitals not indoctrination? "Men are just natural leaders!" According to whom? You mean those thousands of years of history where men used force to maintain control? Because that's not leadership through merit, it's coercion.

Nor should such an argument satisfy you, because it's nonsense. Human beings, while more similar than not as a whole, have a good bit of variation in their sexual expression and characteristics. There isn't a default correct way to be. The idea that men are just the default setting with women being like men but with bonus content is completely absurd. Not sure where you're seeing that argued, but I support your take for sure.

I feel that a very critical factor isn't being considered in a lot of these comments, and it's safety. Women are cautious, not because we don't want to have sex, but because we are (on average) more physically vulnerable. We are also more susceptible to STIs and there's the risk of unwanted pregnancy. Like, sure, X guy is hot AF, but is he worth the potential consequences? Also, casual sex is, and again I'm generalizing, probably a lot less likely to be pleasurable for women because the guy's in…

I would also add, be cool if she says she doesn't like something. You don't need to take it as a personal attack. Internal tissue is delicate and things don't remain static. Just because something worked last time, doesn't mean it will work every time. You just gotta roll with it and have fun.

I get it, man. Dating is rough. Bottom line, you're going to make mistakes and experience failures. It happens to literally everyone. Learn from it! Try to be decent. Try to be patient with yourself, too. Sex is weird, gross, and silly sometimes. Have a good sense of humor and humility going in, and respect boundaries. If she feels comfortable, she'll be more motivated to please you. If she makes you feel bad, leave. Life's too short. Good luck 🤞

The thing is, she's going to know. You're going to be awkward and terrible and she'll absolutely know that you're full of shit. If all you're looking for is using another human being to get it in, then go for it. If, however, you want to have a less embarrassing and uncomfortable experience, be honest. Or at least fairly honest. Tell her that you're inexperienced but eager to please, then you're both on a better footing and will have a better time. I took a guy's virginity years ago. He told me …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
