Not only that. It dehumanises your interactions. You’ll lack meaningful relationships, with a partner or friends. You’ll die alone with hundreds at your funeral.

Be yourself, but make yourself excellent. If you’re not where you want to be, that’s fine, but that should be your goal. Being unapologetically yourself, being genuine, rather than devoting your energy to coming across a certain way. E.g. I’ve seen people ghost girls to pretend they are busy and doing other shit, rather than actually BEING busy.

To be honest I’m just venting, this is my first post on this sub even though I’ve been in it fo years. But the issue is not addressed. People need to know why these things are the pillars of success in the first place. Telling someone to lift, make money and all that to get women is a bad mindset. Also regarding just stating the basics, sidebar etc. I rarely see that nowadays, and i see a lot of posts discussing how to finesse some social situation by being fake.

I see your point. But if he can’t get laid this weekend, there’s a problem. He shouldn’t need to ask. After all, trp isn’t really about getting laid, fundamentally it’s about self development. If you’re asking how, it means you’re lacking something and begs the question - what have you been doing up to now? Point is: there’s a difference between being self aware about what you’re missing in terms of value, pursuing it while pursuing women and thinking that by reading a post about dating women yo…

You do not give her the time of day. Always reference social interactions against your baseline mood: how do I feel now Vs how do I feel doing things I enjoy. If it's below that, you tell her to come correct. If she doesn't, get her out of your life. Simple

Yes I agree with everything you said - there will always be someone better than you and you shouldn’t think to highly of yourself, but it’s not a stretch to make that claim on an smv standpoint you surpass the 10-15 other guys there. And that doesn’t mean you intensely survey your environment like a predator, you go to have fun but every man understands his place in a social hierarchy

Or he’s just saying it like it is. What - you think that’s some achievement? You go to a party where the amount of in shape people you can count on one hand, don’t be surprised when you, the guy who’s been lifting solid for 2-3+ years, is fucking stacked and wipes the floor with these people. I despise the idea that somehow admitting your blatant smv superiority is something to be shunned. I’m not particularly proud that I’m the “fittest” guy in the room, it just disappoints me that I don’t have…

Of course she acts affectionate. You’ve been with her for 2 years, it’s second nature to her. She could easily be faking that and it’s way easier for her to say all this affectionate bs than to actually put in the work.

I used to drink at parties but I stopped because it made me act like an ass and usually worsened my night. Also it’s expensive. I tell them I don’t drink because I like to stay sober, which is the truth. No one really asks any questions after that. As far as going out, I go out but more rarely. Clubs are fun, but not as fun as I imagine it would be if drunk with your friends. As far as women, if they’re sober, you’re on an even playing field, if they’re drunk, you have a great advantage in holdi…

I’m a lifeguard. I’ve had guys get fired for shit like this. Imagine how the manager would see it: “You were staring at my ass” “Yes I was” ???? You don’t fuck around with this at your job, they will let you go like that, they don’t give a fuck.

No, bar extremely “fit” guys who have single digit body fat or are too big from gear, most women definitely prefer the athletic, fit, muscular guy. But that’s regarding looks, which are just a single factor. In fact there are multiple factors such as how insecure they feel about chad walking away from them, and how he has prioritised his other aspects of his life. Like in the video, they argue they want someone who’s “well rounded” which translates to “I want someone who’s more than just physica…

Working on weekends? I have multiple friends who were 18 owning shops and handling tens of thousands.... set your standards higher. Grades are your top priority. If anyone roasts you for tryharding your exams, get new friends. How many days a week are you going gym? I’ve been on both ends of the SMV ladder. I used to be the nerd in high school who played video games, didn’t do any sports, girls didn’t talk to me etc etc. I also started lifting, and got super jacked for me age. I look down on the…

This is good for you. Thank her. Men get complacent and sloppy when in a relationship. Hypergamy helps with that. If you are complaining about your girl, it means you have way more to grow. Are you jacked yet? Like really jacked. Are you balling in cash? Are you getting top grades? What’s your social clout like? Is it the best? Stop setting limits and boundaries to your success because you are “young” or “inexperienced”, start WINNING!

I deleted my comment as I was just repeating what I said in my original comment. When I eat high fat foods, I don’t feel a crash after and am mentally focused. When I eat a high carb meal I feel lethargic due to the crash. What is there not to understand??
/r/askTRP09/09/18 04:13 PM

Having a high fat meal minimises insulin spikes and crashes which helps you be more consistent and clear mentally. I was more saying that he should have a high fat meal in the morning/lunch to avoid this. Then he can have carbs in the evening. I know because I’ve don’t a high fat/low carb and conventional diet. And I’m talking from my own experiences Sure you could have carbs with low glycemic index to minimise insulin spikes, but that would be asking him to redesign his whole diet and would be …

That’s like asking “why not become a better man”. I’m not assuming this guy has the most willpower, otherwise things wouldn’t be as they are. Things need to start slow otherwise habits are too hard to maintain

Every day: Wake up early Lift Eat Study/lecture Eat Study/lecture Eat Study/lecture Go to bed early Aim for 8.5 hours of sleep Eat clean, high fat foods. Carbs should be low glycemic index so you don’t get a big insulin spike and crash and can keep going after you eat. Understand that at least for the first few years starting any business seriously you won’t have time for women or much else, especially if you incorporate fitness in your daily routine. Isn’t it something like 97% of business fail? It would be logical to assume all seriously successful businesses were created by their owners slaving away at 15 hour work days. If you plan on taking it seriously, this level of commitment is absolutely necessary. You need to really make sure you are committed to th…

I don’t think it’s possible to get pussy at this stage in your development. This is what I would do instead: 1: Remember that your assets are your smv, friends, social standings etc. Trying to get pussy is like trying to apply for a credit card. Each time you fail, you lower your chances of getting it from someone else if the people in your social circles find out you’re talking to a bunch of girls. Work on improving social standing, getting more friends etc. 2: lose your weight as fast as possi…

Just fucking tell her “sorry I don’t want to see you tonight, I need some time to myself” etc etc. I hate when people sugar coat, or lie or give some dumb excuse about why they can’t attend. Like all they excuses you would giver her would lead to her eventually realising its bs (unless you actually live a busy life) but it will be under a veil of bs lies. Better to be honest about it and she will respect that you are not afraid to tell her how it is.

I agree. It’s not fucking hard to understand why you should lift. Faggots who look for some dumbass studies just to clarify the benefits of lifting are just looking for an excuse not to lift. It is your obligation as the man of your family to be fit and strong. The amount of dads I’ve seen who are absolute twigs makes me sick. Wouldn’t be able to protect their kids from a bunch of 15 year olds if it came to it.

In that sense it’s bad but money usually comes with: -Skill -Intelligence -Drive -Ambition Etc etc. These traits are favourable we can agree? They’re logically associated to money. She can try to leech it off your wallet but ultimately it’s up to you whether you let her.

You can ask a girl on a date without sounding needy. Treat dates like the girl’s opportunity to showcase why she should be with you, a bit like an interview. A “show me what you got” mentality. Probe for green and red flags and once you have concluded she’s up to your standards you can apply kino etc and essentially communicate you want to escalate the situation.

Personally I am into street wear because I like the aesthetic. I don’t think most people outside the culture think it looks good. You can make almost anything look if you are built well. Most girls probably won’t appreciate the kind of clothes you wear unless it’s a well known brand like Gucci. So in that sense, clothes won’t raise your smv (but if you look homeless it will lower it). Wear nice clothes because you enjoy them and as a medium of self expression, but I wouldn’t expect a positive ch…

Stop all together. You will thank yourself for it. You will notice nofap effects better than gradually. Personally I would stat away from r/nofap after browsing the sub for a bit. It doesn’t help. The no fap theory is short and easy to remember. You don’t need a community to understand that you should stop watching porn. If you believe it is beta then it is beta. If you act alpha through out the time spent with her, the fact she is driving will not sway her from you. Believe that her driving you every now and then is normal and you are still the alpha, and you will emanate an alpha vibe. It’s all about controlling the frame. And you can’t fake frame, frame comes from your genuine beliefs. If you think it is beta for her to drive you, you may well unconsciously give off an awkward mood and she will pick up on it.…

1: for me masculinity is the very essence of what separates man from woman. All mental and physical features exclusive to man: strength, emotional maturity, leadership, and just simply not being a weak pussy bitch. 2: lifting helps mainly for 3 reasons: increases testosterone which is heavily tied to masculinity, makes you physically fitter which makes you more appealing to women, makes you more disciplined which makes you more mature and in control of your life. I would also add that although i…

Art of war is a very theoretical/situational book and you really need to focus to be able to “translate” the points Sun makes into modern day context. You should probably start with something easier

I agree with your second point. People generally set the upper limit of human potential as the best person in the field. Since most guys are pussies, you do not need to improve yourself to a “great” degree to become in, say, the top 10%. Imagine if everyone was, on some level, red pilled. Competition would be so much higher, and out of it would come far greater people

I always think anyone who gives two shits about you has too much free time on their hands and doesn’t take it seriously. Judging other people for going to the gym is seriously stupid. If you’re going to judge someone, judge them on their progress. And no one knows how long you’ve been working out for. We all started out of shape at one point in our lives and not everyone started working out when they were 18.

You proceed normally. Getting somewhere with girl B will either be easier or harder than normal. Easier if her friend A liked you, harder if friend A disliked you. Now I can’t say much more because i don’t know these people in detail, but if girl B said she “knew” girl A as opposed to saying she’s “friends” with her, that would probably mean she’s not close with her which will probably be in your favour. On a side note if you do talk to girl B use your interacting with A to find out whether she …

Consider the implications of bouncing around one girl to the next in their social group. It’s like you’re going to each girl in preference order and they will notice it and probably won’t be ok with it. Also remember that in a group, if the girls are close, you’re not talking to one girl you’re talking to all of them. Especially when texting.

This has happened to me before more or less. She is probably using you as a social stimulus for her while she is on holiday and thus talking to you to keep her from being bored. As soon a something comes up she has better things to do and ignores you. Personally if I feel the conversation is drawn out I will just leave the message and not reply. With regards to money if you end up in a relationship with her you should only MARGINALLY spend more in your relationship, by about 10-15%. This is because you earn more and it's nice to be a "gentleman" every now and then. Don't be tempted to pay for everything because she will think this is normal and will expect you to do it all the time. It is critical to set the boundaries at the start of a relationship

Normally if I'm walking down the street and there's a couple roughly my age the guy might stare me out as I'm usually bigger than him. Personally I wouldn't even be surprised this happens. Don't expect all the guys you see to just ignore you like they're the alpha. The reason being they're probably not on trp and they're most like heavily influenced by their friends and parter. They are less confident and more insecure. But yeah like I said this should make complete sense when you think about it…

It's always a competition with other guys. Every time someone sees someone who looks better, fitter, more confident it turns into a mental competition for them. It would surely make sense for the guy to stare you out and act tough so that his girl doesn't think you're a better catch than him. Anyone who feels the need to give you looks or try to look big feels intimidated by you - they think you're a threat, big or small, to their relationship with their partner or social circle. Yes it is a cha…

In my case, relating to point 2, after I fought someone I never had problems with them again. I've fought many "bullies", they came at me one by one and I beat them all and never heard a word from them again, probably about half even started to respect and like me after a while.

Plan out the start and end of the conversation. Start is easy: just say "hey". She won't judge you that much for it and it shouldn't affect your conversation. The end goal is up to you. It could be inviting her on a date. You want the conversation to be fluid. Control the conversation by planning out every topic. Do this by splitting up the conversation into sub topics. Here's an example: 1) Hey>date 2) Hey>work>hobbies>date 3) Hey>apologise for short conversation>you're busy>busy job> therefore…

Personally i come across as egoistic or over confident to most people however i consider myself a realist. I AM better than other (average) people, so why should i not say it. Of course i don't go about yelling "i am better than you" but I won't bring myself down in conversations to make myself look humble. If i truly believe i am like this, i will say it. Mix yourself with people with similar interests. That is easier said than done, because some types of people are harder to come by. You claim you want to go solo and chase money... thats fine, but don't expect to come by equally ambitious people so fast. These sorts of people are seen together at more formal "business" types of situations, which is why the average person won't see many within their daily life. And to mix with these people you will first have to have "made it". Consider yourself …

Hold the moral high ground until you get more obvious evidence of her trying to cheat. Keep the relationship more casual, consider her one of many factors of your life instead of considering her 80% of your life (figuratively speaking) as a normal relationship would be. You have the potential to surpass your brother because you can observe his social interactions/skills, apply them yourself and you also have a LTR. Relatively speaking, within this 3 way circle of you, your brother and your gf, you could rise above him. Essentially take the best of his traits and apply them more effectively to your gf because you know her better than he does. Also there are plenty of books on social interactions I recommend "how to win friends and influence people"

Sure you can say to yourself all the time how you're better than everyone else, and you might well be. But to the eyes of everyone around you, you don't want to fight them because you might be scared or something else. This by the way applies if the other person is challenging you first (hits first etc). Let's not forget that the this whole sub is about social interactions with other people, and unfortunately avoiding a fight to most people would seem cowardly or something similar.
