If it was a man doing this, it would be seen as grooming and he would go to jail for many years. All the victims were over the age of consent. If a man had been caught doing it, nothing would have happened either. We're all well aware of real men's rights issues here, but this 'poor me' behaviour in this subreddit at every perceived infraction against a man is becoming sickening. Grow a pair.

I've been in the job market for 20 years and IT for 15 years, and meritocracy only (partially) exists in the actual skill based jobs. Management and above on the other hand, got there by various routes, but it was rarely because of merit/competence.
