I've had full custody since I divorced her 4 years ago....son 10, daughter 12, both top of their class in school and really well adjusted, fantastic kids. It is rare, I agree, main reason I managed it was because she was that desperate to marry her new soul mate (a guy she'd never met in person, online only) that she agreed to everything I put in the divorce papers. She's had a least 4 soul mates since then btw......

You only need to read a few threads from TRP to realise how everything is intergrated.....she rates you as average because the majority of guys are invisible to her anyway, therefore you're an "average" in a smaller pool. She's not comparing you to all males just a small selection.

On the breakup of my marriage it was my my dad observing that I had invested 20 years in "us" that made the break up that much more harder. It wasn't just losing her it was losing a part of myself that had invested so much into the idea of "us" that hurt the most. Once I realised this investing in myself for once became that much more valuable and enjoyable.
