It's assumed that consent cannot be given if the party is incapacitated (drunk, emotionally instability, etc). So two parties that can't give consent have "consensual" sex. Why is only one charged? On the "potential violation," a rape accusation, no matter how false, can ruin a man for years and sometimes most of their life. 37	On a positive note, my university does a good job addressing both female and male rape in their signs around campus I go to OU as well and I have to disagree with the online thing. I specifically remember a scenario where a guy and girl both got drunk and had sex, but then the guy is charged with rape because her consent doesn't count blah blah. This is what I am referring to. Girls are the only ones to give consent even when both parties are intoxicated. I agree with signs around campus though, they're doing a good job of keeping it equal	/r/MensRights	13/10/14 09:31 PM
