Being fit has so many benefits to the individual in terms of physical and mental health that I find it hard to agree that it's a selfless act. It's definitely not selfish. Is it fun? Yeah, in my experiences its been a lot of fun. Most of my friends are pretty comfortable and know what they like and tend to stick to it. Going on dates with girls is a facilitator to letting me try new things that I otherwise would never do. Girls have taken me salsa dancing when I had never danced before.
