Luckily I did find lifting. I did it for 4 months and got really muscular for my heigt im like 5'7. I took protein powder, creatine and ate very good Unfortunately gyms closed like 1.5 months ago so i had to quit and I basically lost all my muscle. Now im hoping that when gyms do open again I will get the power of muscle memory on my side to rebuild the lost muscle in like 1-2 months again. But anyways thanks dude.
