I thought first glance r/menslib was about men’s rights but holy crap, it’s just a bunch of cringe white knights, begging to pander to feminists.

yes seeing things from another pov is still something we severely lack as a society. If only our education system was there to help us be better humans but that would take up to much precious space from learning to be a good slave.

I agree and am in same boat as you, meaning I am for human rights but current social climate has led us here. Maybe if we become grey genderless beings we will be betteroff lol. (btw joke well taken but many people in Japan have been discriminated against because of their blood type which is nuts lol)

Well put and so obvious how everything is interconnected. there is no black and white, just a whole lot of messy grey that requires a little more effort than pointing the finger to make the baddies go away.

bingo! I get men have treated women horribly for a long time, and in parts of the world still do, but an eye for an eye and the world goes blind. We should collectively try to address the roots of these issues, often related to how one is raised and social norms. Maybe if there was some sort of system that could educate people from an early age about these things... oh well.

that's a shame. I see both sides can have this incomplete view towards the other based on their limited experience and understanding leading to generalizations. I was curious also because a lot of men support feminism but a lot less women support men rights.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
