It took me longer than it should’ve to realize that as someone with a high income, I don’t need to beat the market to become independently wealthy quickly. 7	I dont know how to get started with working out? The most important thing is develop is the habit. In other words, start by doing what is going to get you personally to work out regularly and consistently. You’re overthinking it a little by worrying about if you’re starting with the absolute optimal program.
