1	Why you should stop watching porn Having done over 255 days of No Fap till a few weeks ago I have to admit it honestly does more harm then good. After about 14 days, the effects seem to really level out. When I broke my streak I actually felt much better - no more anxiety about trying not to fap, and to be honest I had more of a I don't give a shit about women mentality which led me to TRP.
