Due process should be protected. We are America because our freedoms, and one of those freedoms is protection from unjust prosecution. And campus sexual assault isn’t different than any other sexual assault, it’s just as bad, and rights should be protected for the victim and the accused.

I’m a 17 year old female (legally emancipated from parents) I’m not a “tiny” person, but I don’t have the muscle groups for fighting and I’m not tall. I typically don’t feel scared around men.
