The article actually admits that the woman they mention is successful in a male dominated field because she just "got over it" and got on with it while being "gender blind", and they present this as a terrible thing despite that being a very equal way of looking at things. Isn't it all about equality?

I see no friction arising from this, if they wont meet expectations you get rid of them. Give it 10 years of wrinkles and sagging and they'll be begging to pay the whole bill.

The really stupid thing is that there are probably already letters heading towards the guy that did the shooting from women offering to have his babies. Happens with nearly all serial killers.
