Gold has many competitors too, there's lots of different metals in the world. Doesn't mean gold will be replaced anytime soon. Sure platinum is more expensive, but gold is still number one, just as Bitcoin will always be the first cryptocurrency and always be respected as such, even if there are new better currencies with a higher market cap.

Actually Bitcoin is very very robust. If there's some quantum computer that can break bitcoin, then that same quantum computer could have controlled the internet/credit card companies, banks far before it beats bitcoin. Not the most TRP answer, but I think meditation will help you with that. And just increase your confidence with practice and some other confidence boosting things like achieving stuff and going to the gym more often. And maybe practice holding frame, you can care all you want, but if you don't show it, it won't affect them.
