Okay sure. So let's adjust some statistics and look at various others factors to find some real reason other then 'Woman with rights bad'. Also note that 10-ish is very very flawed. The real answer is that the birthrate is dropping because we have an educated population that doesn't have the right finances. The population is smart enough to use contraceptives and avoid sex unless they want to have a child. But many men and women cannot afford one and they're better off childless.
