Get a lawyer. I had an ex girlfriend pull that shit. She was not on the lease but living with me. She falsely claimed a domestic that never happened. I hired a lawyer and she was out by the end of the month. In court she admitted I never laid a hand on her when my lawyer reminded her she was under oath and would be committing perjury if she lied about it in court.
