You sir have fucked up. Despite you not thinking she deserves half, 10 out of 10Judges will give her what she wants off of infidelity and her being a stay at home Mother alone. She's being nice by not slaughtering you in court. If money is that important to you take deal number 1. If you want to be more present in your son's life, take deal number 2. Or I'll give you option 3(even though you don't want to move) move to wherever your Ex wife moves to, be present in your kid life and keep 5M.

All depends on why y'all are divorcing, how long you've been married, how much you make, type of custody agreement. I would get with a good lawyer and make sure any conversation you save your text and don't say anything stupid that she can use against you in court

If this is just it, you're going to lose your case 10/10. The court doesn't care about her earning potential, and she's contributing to the household. That doesn't sound like financial abuse. I know you don't want to work all week, but the court looks at you as a provider. As far as abuse goes, you have to have proof that's she doing something wrong. From the sound of it sounds like you want to work less and her to work more and that's going to be a no go.

I can agree, crazy in the bed equals in the head. I just want a nice balance. Give me sane and stable, but may not be all the way together, with 3-4x week good sex.

I'm open to marrying again. Despite my rough marriage, coming home to someone, sharing quality time, building with someone, loving them, I thoroughly enjoy that part. I know you can have that with a longtime girlfriend, but I believe in marriage

I first started working on paying my bills/debt down, got a small credit card and started building my credit back up. Working Overtime and cutting spending which took me a year to do to steady the ship. As for yourself, if you want to get ahead I would ditch my apartment move in with my parents for a year or two to save money. I would look into taking tech courses to get certifications if that's what you truly want to do. I've seen people make six figures in the tech sector without having degree…

Well you gave us a little not much. Like did you graduate college? What do you do right now? What do you want to do? Do you have kids that will cost time/money from you building your career? Are willing to go back to school? Are willing to step back to launch yourself forward? Tell us about you a little more

I had a mountain of evidence that included text messages, videos that my ex was negligent of our kids needs and housed them in a bad environment. I created a plan of care as far how I would raise them on my own and presented it to the judge.

My children live with me and most our money was tied into our home which is appraised at 400k. She left with half furniture and less than 10k I. Vs me paying child support and Alimony for the next 16 years and not having a house. It's a win in my book

I feel you bro, it's just the beginning of a new journey. It's a going to take time for the adjustment, but during this time work on yourself. Join a local club in your favorite activity, join the gym and it's ok to go places by yourself. Focus on making yourself better and being a good Father. Everything else will fall into place
