You’re right on that. But when we see men shamelessly defending women on everything we say to ourselves “he does not act like a man” so it suggests there is a certain standard to becoming a man. I think for starters, a man is someone who does not feel pressured to change his thinking because people tell him to, especially women.

No matter what diet fad you do, you won’t lose weight (because that’s usually what keto is for) unless you’re in a caloric deficit. Lots of people eat clean and still never lose weight because they don’t count their calories. If you need to eat 1800 calories daily to lose weight, then eating ONLY three donuts a day at 600 calories each will still make you lose weight. Though that’s not practical since 3 donuts will not fill you up for the whole day
