I think it´s more complicated than that. You don´t have a good enough indicator that he´s an incel. Even if he was, there´s stil a question if he is just literally "involuntary celibate" and just complaining (and possibly righly so) about the dating scene (which would mean that you are picking on him for not having sex, therefore contributing to the creation of salty incels and then complaining about them) or if he´s the kind of incel you are thinking of.
