If your genuinely looking to boost your confidence i think youtube books etc can really help a lot. Same with dating advice. Like for exaplme tutorials they will help. When you find yourself with someone your interested in, you can use the advice etc. I am leaving texting out of this. As men you have to grab yourself by the balls and do it.
