Great read! Learn from my mistake. I have my own place but it's big. They can kinda come at any time and they see it as a second home or a storage where they can stay for a few weeks rather than a hotel. If I had a mid-size place, I wouldn't have this issue. They could prob stay for ages and there's nothing you can really do if that's what they want. It defeats the purpose of moving out if that's how they view it.
