Men are telling women to lower their standards so that the men themselves don’t end up alone, not the women. It’s for themselves that they’re first concerned about. Why are you reading RP anyways? That sub is definitely not LTR oriented so the advice would be different than here I’d imagine

Those are some great arguments, ngl. There is no evidence that I could present that minority or majority of women file for divorce to look for that special someone. Because usually to end a marriage you have to write things as ‘irreconcilable differences’. But it is women who file for divorce mostly, and the laws of ending marriages stands on their side financially and custody-wise (the latter I’d say is a sensitive one).
