After enough practice you will be able to let them go at your will, which is incredibly satisfying and fullfiling. Remember, your goal is to empty your mind. 34	Daily meditations/reminders No problem. I've read a couple of books on meditation and buddhism, but none of that matters, really. You can dive into the whole spirituality if you want, but I keep it simple. Sit quietly in the most relaxed position. Take deep breaths. Focus on your breathing. Don't think about anything else and always come back to your breathing. Just be. 11	The Root Cause of the Anger Phase. Coming out of a really deep anger phase myself, I can tell you all that it is absolutely necessary to go through that shit. The deeper, the better.
