Good on you, man. I'm proud! But on the no condom thing: you said it made you too goal-orientated. Think about this: when a construction worker brings a helmet to work, does he do this because he expects and wants a brick to fall on his head? No, he's just preparing himself for something that may or may not happen, without expecting it. So bring a condom to your date next time. Not sure if you pulled out or whatever, but it's better to be safe.

Full self-awareness is equal to not giving a fuck. If you're giving fuck, it means you're making up excuses. If you're aware of your shit, then you can accept it and it won't be a problem. If you feel shitty because you're overweight, you're not self-aware. You should become aware of the fact that you're feeling shitty because you're overweight and so forth.
