it's a gamble my hairline has been unaffected. Imagine having giant shoulders, who gives a fuck about a bald head
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/24 09:17 PM

Are you being stupid? Live fast die young. I'm sure I'll die old though.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/24 08:24 PM

I think I aged 5 years in the first few months. It works for me though.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/24 08:12 PM

Peking University. Of course.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/24 07:47 PM

You are kind of like Cinderella at the ball. But they are damn inexpensive. 100-200$ min to be jacked up and good to go every second of the day. Widely available. Outside of a complete shutdown of the global economy and transportation network you are fine lol. And raw testosterone is inexpensive. You can have a doomsday stash in your freezer that will last you 10 years for a few hundred bucks,

Think about how good I'd look choking your boyfriend out in the the sweet mish. I bet he's real sweet, we should get together
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/24 07:14 PM

I'm genuinely thinking that your level of sexual success is proportional to the level of male hormones you have. And there's this trick.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/24 07:09 PM

I'd like that too.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/24 06:58 PM

I slept with two women this weekend. This is new to me. Do steroids, kids. It;s not even the major muscle groups, I've always had big quads and an upper back. It's the little things. My hands look more masculine, my face looks more masculine, I have sweet veiny calvs because I'm filling my body full of a shocking amount of androgens on the daily. I'll never stop lol

You're outside the moment. You're thinking your better than everyone but why are you thinking that in the first place? Why not be in the moment where things are actually happening.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 10:12 PM

Well I'm sorry that your experience has been that you only gained 10 pounds of muscle but that's not typical. At all.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 10:07 PM

I think it's because people are forced/obligated to do these things. Or because the motivation is more concrete and the rewards more clearly attainable (work -> money -> lifestyle). It could be that when they're faced with discomfort and nothing is stopping them from just walking out the door, they do it. Or because exertion is a sub lethal stressor and the human body naturally resists unless you're wired for the dopamine hit of exercise.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 08:50 PM

Is anyone else deeply concerned that for every new person you meet, you're still yourself?

My shirtless gym selfie on steroids profile is outrageously successful compared to natty. Just saying. Scored a coffee date using "I would travel to Aasgard and back, and slay Jörmungandr himself to see you in my bed. You are fit for queen".
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/24 11:44 PM
1

No. An untrained man can easily gain 20 pounds of muscle. Even if you nitpick the fuck out of what muscle is and demand the strictest definition than 20 pounds in a year is not unattainable, It's probably average if a guy is doing everything right. Clearly, clearly you've never seen the inside of a squat rack, am I right?

I just told another match she's got a great rack and I want to know what she looks like with sex hair. Will report back.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/24 11:29 PM

My new tinder approach of being sexually aggressive is working better than expected. It's got me questioning my whole reality. Today I told a woman I matched with that I haven't jerked off in a week, I'm going to bust a load that'll take minutes to finish, and I'd really like if that load could be for her. She said I made her blush and we exchanged numbers. Wild. Can I do shit like this in real life too?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/24 10:54 PM

Uh I overthink
/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/24 09:52 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate30/01/24 07:21 PM

Threw a hail Mary thinking this chick on tinder was going to flake and said I was hoping we were gonna hook up and I'm sad now. She replied that she's down to fuck. I never do this what do I say next. Do I just say "when r u free" or what?

Man, this is wild. I've been going to a location and I noticed this woman watching me. She spoke to me today and she's interested. She's also stupid hot and it's obvious we have the basis for a good connection. Ok, though, the issue is that she rambled a bit and mentioned that her roommates are poisoning her food, which I interpreted as "I have an untreated psychotic disorder". She's quite crazy. If she didn't have that problem this would be an amazing turn of events. Which makes me think, what …

Because I work in construction. I spend my day covered in dirt, barking at apprentices, fighting with builders and going toe-to-toe with big scary tattooed motherfuckers whose major hobbies are binge drinking and casual violence. Hang on - am I masculine? It's construction, it's not an episode of Oz. What on earth is this. You're a crossfitter acting like they've done a tour of duty.

These ideas around fairness are a part of our culture. We get a lot of messaging around how we live in a meritocracy, how anyone can make it to a high level if they work hard, stuff like that, when the reality is most people's lives are determined by random factors related to the circumstance of their birth more than anything. When reality contrasts that heavily with what people grew up with and internalized, it's going to cause some stress. Other societies through human history have put a lot m…

I do think it's funny to blame women for all the worlds problems. It just feels right.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 03:56 AM

I dated a woman who was great in private but could be fucking weird in public. Sometimes it would just be about getting through it so we could go home and I'm not proud of that. We went to the movies once and she insisted on loudly talking, the entire time, to the point people were constantly looking back annoyed, occasionally shushing, having no effect. It's like she thought it was a contest to show how much she didn't care. it created the worst movie experience I've had. She didn't do it again…
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 02:59 AM

Depends on how fast I drink it. I can drink 40oz over a saturday and be fine, or drink 325ml in an hour and immediately black out.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 02:23 AM

I forgot I actually rescheduled on Saturday because the venue was closed. It could be she didn't realize until last minute.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 12:48 AM

I got really into anarcho-primitivism in my teens for some reason. Maybe it's worth finding the intersection between radical environmentalism and misogyny lol.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 12:40 AM

I think you're trying to say my view is overly simplistic. I actually agree, there's more going on. It's just part of it.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 12:37 AM

If your workplace implemented a rule where anyone who met a certain quota would get a bonus, would it surprise you that people try to up their numbers? The business is not responsible for the new uptick in productivity because their employees are motivated by more than money? The increase must be a coincidence?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 12:35 AM

I get exponentially more female attention practicing side splits at the gym than I do benching or deadlifting heavy. I believe you are correct. I was watching someone perform the other day and I realized a lot of beauty is about bodies in motion, like an athletic body moving with skill and finesse. It's worth way more than just having legs or biceps while standing there.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 12:29 AM

It's called hedging your bets. Provider types become disgruntled when they hear this.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 12:05 AM

Put a reward behind something and statistically more and more people will move in that direction. If the punishment for something is no reproductive access, that's not measly.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 12:01 AM

Do you have an argument?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/24 11:51 PM

Do you think women are largely responsible for the environmental devastation and species mass extinction that's a consequence of modern industrial society and capitalism? Women like men with money. Men want women's approval, they want women to find them attractive. Money is made by converting environmental resources into products that are then distributed and sold. If women valued community and sustainability more than they valued things, men would be less motivated to participate in capitalism …

Time can also literally reshape your face. I saw a photo me as a teenager and I realized I had a different nose back then.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/24 09:55 PM

If you had a date scheduled for a week, then the morning of they told you that they were going someplace else at the time you had arranged for, but that you were welcome to come and if not they'd reschedule the date... is that as offensive as it seems? Not to mention it's a first date and they want me go to a class I have no interest in.

The capacity for violence is the most fundamental currency. Look at the rest of the animal kingdom. We live in a world where, thankfully, it's not acceptable to harm other people. If we removed those failsafes we'd move to a world where violence was the fundamental currency. And that's probably how we existed for the better part of human history.

I don't know what patriarchy means in 2023, but I think it's because women are physically weaker than men. In male hierarchical structures, who can "kick who ass" carries a lot of weight. For at least some men, the fact that women can't harm them physically means that they can't dominate them, and that they can overpower women means they're dominant. That's a simple application of a basic male-to-male form of relating. Women resent this belief and follow through by psychologically attacking men,…

The question was "how would you feel" but the intent obviously wasn't to collect a scrapbook of feelings. If someone mentions a work context then they'll want something actionable because that's their livelihood. It's how they survive so it's far more considerate to provide actionable comments.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/24 01:08 PM

It's not that men as a group have more value to offer. It's that masculinity is superior to femininity, but not all men are sufficiently masculine to be considered "superior".
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/24 12:34 PM
1

I don't know what that means. I'm saying the majority of women would find "yes" to be a turnoff, barring unforeseen circumstances like a tiktok video told them to.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/24 12:31 PM

This is exactly why obesity is such a SMV hit for women. It has immediate and severe consequences on their reproductive capacity and a woman's womb is at least 50% of what she brings to a relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/24 12:26 PM

They'll immediately realize they're being tested. They'll refuse because a compliance test from a woman is bog standard "are you actually a pussy" query.

If his friend would be cool with him sexually manipulating his sister?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/24 12:17 PM

This is such a woman answer. It's a feel good, "don't worry about it" designed to validate the speaker and invalidate their concerns so they "feel better". People are going to talk though, and there's more value in getting honest feedback so you're prepared for it. Trying to mollify their concerns with optimistic comments isn't as helpful as you'd think.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/24 12:11 PM

Depends on how he does it. If he sucks like a girl, that's bad. It needs to be done with a masculine, heterosexual dignity but still have grace and efficiency. Most guys will default to blowing him like a girl because it's what they've seen most in porn, which will lead to their woman losing respect.

I mean I don't like my last name either because I'm cursed like the rest of them. I'd probably assume you're in a similar situation. Changing your last name seems like a clear rejection of where "you're from". I wouldn't be surprised if most people pick up on that.

Question: do you agree that women have a collective inferiority complex, is it justified, and how much does it inform the basis for their attraction to men?

Does anyone notice they have to masculinise their affect as much as possible or get weird reactions from women? Sometimes I'm not in the mood and I'm just trying to get from point A to point B in my day. If I have to talk to someone I open my mouth and say what I need to say. I don't think about it much. This sometimes prompts weird fucking reactions. I spoke to a woman today briefly and she seemed bitterly disappointed towards me. I'm 90% sure it had something to do with me seeming agreeable or…

I remember reading about a study that found women are attracted to more or less masculine men depending on where they are in their cycle. During ovulation their attraction is to masculine men, during menstruation their attraction is to more feminine men (presumably to cuck them/extract resources without them getting reproductive benefits i.e parasite). So she might have started ovulating again and realized she was with a beta.

Grindr is wild. Men need so little convincing to hook up with other men and most of it is visual. There is no man on grindr who wants to "get to know someone" first beyond shirtless selfies and dic pics.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/24 08:19 AM

It's an apex fallacy. The world at the top is majority men. When women talk about men's advantages they're imagining the lives of successful men and ignoring the far greater amount who don't have the same experience of life.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/01/24 07:58 AM

It's true, the worst thing you can do is get insecure. It's like digging your own grave and you can tell the change immediately. If you're worried about a dude and it shows, she'll probably cheat. If you can hide your feelings it might work out for you. It's like a guy showing insecurity becomes a tacit admission on his part that he's not good enough and a confirmation that she's right to be interested in the other guy because he must be "better". Otherwise why would you get insecure?

The anxiety rates today must be higher than they were in pre-agrarian societies. We live in an ultra-capitalist, competitive world where our days are spend on abstract activities usually completely unrelated to day to day survival. Early humans lived in tight knit, mutually interdependent communities of people doing daily necessary work to survive. People today go to work in grey environments full of impersonal people who are in direct competition with them. We navigate a world filled to capacit…

/r/PurplePillDebate05/01/24 06:51 AM

Have standards around what kind of behaviour you'll accept and then enforce those boundaries if you have to. Nefarious men are looking for easy targets in terms of poor boundaries or low self esteem. You can be approachable without having those qualities.

I remember reading about a study that showed women have a keen eye for a guys socioeconomic status based on his unconscious body language, his clothing, and how he carries himself. It could be the importance of preselection plus them just being able to tell from small details of how you carry yourself that you wouldn't notice. I 100% believe it's something being telegraphed.

A guy who spent years not getting laid is probably going to take any experienced woman's sexual history not well. Whether or not it's practical there's a doesn't matter. It's uncomfortable, and they rationally want to avoid the pain associated with confronting that by developing a fixation.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/24 04:40 PM

A big enough experience gap does makes it easy for a guy to be predated on by sociopathic women. The women most drawn to these men are likely going to be ones who want to use them for something, or who just enjoy the power advantage. That makes sense.

I don't think I've ever seen a woman approach a man that seemed remotely attainable for her. It's always been these hail-mary approaches with a huge disparity in attractiveness. The fact that there's only ever this disparity speaks to the average woman's skewed perception.

I've thought something similar, basically the man I'd want a sister or daughter to date would be a man who she would find has no sex appeal. He'd be a super sweet dude with no risk of ever doing anything messy, and instead she would almost certainly go for the dude who's going to stomp on her heart because women.

Q4W: If you were a man, what would be your strategy to get laid?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:57 AM

Yes. The X chromosome is larger, it has a lot of genetic material, but it's also where the source of many problems comes from. Women are the ones sneaking mental illness into the population here. I mean I do feel for her. It sounds shitty but damn. Imagine dealing with that and just being alone as a consequence.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:45 AM

Where do you think your problem is? Is it creating the initial attraction, or escalating/not fumbling?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:16 AM

I don't think I believe that mentally healthy men can be drawn towards those kinds of women. You can never hide who you are for long.

Fairness would be applying a standard to level any systemic or innate disadvantages one group has so they're on an equal playing field with the other. It's not fairness to enforce arbitrary rules on groups just because those rules apply to other, different group. It's just a gotchya you need to let go of.

/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:52 AM

It shouldn't be equal though, that's the point. It's the thoughtless desire for things to be "equal" that creates this problem. Applications of standards should be specific to the needs and abilities of certain groups. If one behavior towards one group is threatening, that doesn't automatically imply that the same behaviour, in the opposite direction, carries the same threat.

I don't think it's a stretch to say the women here are often obtuse, which automatically makes their motivations a little suspect.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:12 AM

Because your partner is the one pregnant. You're partner who you love (presumably) and want to still be with is pregnant. The one you're in bed with. Every little moment is stolen from you in some way. It sounds horrible.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:07 AM

It extends to both genders, but I wouldn't say women experience it to a greater degree. Men are just more likely to not consider those accomplishments as contributing to those women's sexual appeal, and more willing to admit it, because there's no pretense of holistic mate assessment. It's generally acknowledged that it's about the physical. It's the halo effect. The better looking someone is, the more positive assumptions are made about them.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:02 AM
1

I don't think most men on here are here because they're doing particularly well. You can read some kind of validation for why you won't find happiness every few minutes on here. It can turn a passing thought into preoccupation and there's always something to feed it.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:52 AM

I kind of get their approach though. When you want to sleep with a woman who's in a relationship your only need is to find out what her partner is lacking and then provide it. If he's introverted and she doesn't like it, you be extroverted and loud. If he's broke be rich. It makes the approach easier and less multifaceted because she's probably thirsty as fuck for what her boyfriend doesn't have that she'll fuck anyone who display its opposite.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:41 AM

Are you sure it's not worse when women cheat? Women get pregnant, obviously. Men do not get pregnant. If a woman cheats and gets pregnant, that means you as a man, if you stay with her, are going to be with her side to side, face to face, every day with another man's child inside her. Can you imagine the painful reminder and passive insult of seeing that every day? If a man gets a woman pregnant at least his partner will get him back 100% intact.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:36 AM

Women conflate their sexual power with their more "meaningful" power. Their sense of a man's power relative to theirs will depend on his sex appeal and then they'll naively extrapolate that to his having actual financial, etc, power. Women don't measure this objectively. Unnattractive men are seen as low status regardless of their accomplishments or abilities.

That reminds me of my relationship with my brother. It's good that you got to talk about it after. My brother has said stuff like that, and I've said stuff to him, and then we just continued on. Being able to come to some resolution is way healthier.

A restaurant. You're being obtuse.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 10:04 PM

People barely eat them, that's why they don't get much protein from them. Most people have 1 or 2 and 6-8 eggs is considered excessive even though it's still only 470-560 calories. That's the equivalent to two slices of toast and some butter.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 03:28 PM
1

Definitely not true. You might need a spotter for any set that goes to or near failure, not just for a one rep max, and sometimes you miss a rep. There are ways to fail every lift safely without a spotter though. You can toss the barbell onto your hips and sit up on the bench press. For squats you can use the safeties. If you don't know how to do those things a spotter can save your life. People die every year from being guillotined by the bar when they thought they had that last rep.

Every failure in your life is entirely your own fault, even if others had more help, luck or something else that made the road naturally easier for them. You're saying someone is accountable for whatever happens to them, regardless of circumstance, but at what point is the deck so stacked that one can be said to be forgiven for their failings? If one person succeeded when they would have failed with the same lack of assistance another got, is that still a success that they can take credit for or…

My guess is she got played hard and found comfort with a guy that would never be able to do that to her. In a way his cons are pros because they mean she has most of the power in their narrative, she can never have her heart broken because she doesn't care enough to begin with, she won't ever get manipulated because she doesn't respect him.

Childhood hair brushing experiences can mess a girl up. My sister would cry sometimes while my mom brushed her hair and my moms would say "you have to suffer to be beautiful". I met a woman a few months ago who talked about how her dad made her brush her sisters hair and he didn't care that she cried. Apparently this was cruel and abusive, but I'm not sure. Is it normal to make your daughters cry when brushing their hair and not stop?

There's a biological basis for the disparity (I really doubt it's because men = the real assholes all along). No kidding, I'm sure some of homophobia has to deal with the fact that homosexuality is more likely to spread diseases. Gay and bisexual men hook up kind of stupid easy, men are more likely to not use condoms, and anal sex is the form of intercourse with the highest risk. Two women hooking up does not have anywhere near the same risk. The "worst" two women can do is penetrate each other …

I'm pretty sure the failure rate for long term dieting is high for the same reasons the failure rate is high for smoking. Something like 98% of quit attempts fail, but a lot of people do eventually quit. I've lost significant amounts of weight in my life (80+ pounds) and regained it twice, and for the majority of time since the first diet I've been lean. I guess that means as a statistic the first diet failed because I regained the weight, but I've still maintained way under my highest weight, f…
