They are not dating or marrying. It's so bad here that the government has started offering families money to have children.

Yes, it's extremely dangerous if you out yourself as a feminist. I feel for the woman who just took her life. Bullying is so nasty over here. The police act useless. There was a military lady who took her life not too long ago because she was being harassed for being rxped. They acted like it was her fault.

A lot of times the men in East Asia (I live in Korea btw) are LVM and incels. Women here no longer want to take care of the house, be a bang maid, and be expected to tap dance for their husband's family (HIS MOTHER) either. This has everything to do with them getting a higher education and being in the workforce. This is why these LVM go hunting for poor Women in Southeast Asia, Europe, and now America.

Right? I think back and can't even believe that was me. It was definitely something I learned from. Honestly, it was a combination of things. I was getting into my early 30s around that time (late 30s now), so everyone around me started asking why I had been single for so long. I had been single for 10 years then. Everyone assumed I was lesbian or lonely. It also didn't help that I made the mistake of telling him I didn't get along with my mother. So, this guy said he was facing the same things.…

I agree that it is for people who were dating before going LDR. And not just a few months, then LDR. I made the mistake of meeting someone on a language exchange app and then we started long-distance dating. He lived in Korea. We dated a while before we met, and then I went to Korea because of some deaths in my family. We met up, but I didn't really get any personal time with him because I was busy with funeral arrangements. Looking back, I never knew this man because everything he presented to …

Facts! I had to get on my daughter about this a few months ago. She invited a friend to comic con. I came too but they are both teenagers so I let them walk around by themselves. I found this girl by herself walking around cause my daughter left her to go with other friends. I told her you can't invite someone out and then not take care of them.

I learned this lesson way too late. I sent my ex boyfriend my nudes and videos. I have never done that before but we went LDR for awhile and he promised me it was okay. I found out shortly afterwards that he was cheating, like literally copying and pasting conversations to all of us. Sending the exact same nudes/videos to us. When I tried to break up, he threatened to revenge porn me. That scared the life out of me and I stayed with him for another year. I was constantly in fear of being exposed…

South Korea. These men here prowl around for any foreigner but specifically Russian/European/White (looking) women. It has to also do with the fact some Russian women have been sex trafficked here. It's the same thing with Filipino women here as well. So if you come here, they will assume you are a sex worker.

Yes, I remember when I first joined this sub I thought it was a little too harsh. I definitely needed to check myself and realize even though I was with some LVM, I had some hardcore pickme behavior. Constantly trying to better myself for not only me but my daughter as well. Thank you!

I don't really care too much about a roommate situation but I don't think I can date a man who lives with his parents well into his 30s. The ones I have met, particularly my ex, were mama's boys. Low value with toxic ass mothers. Towards the end of my relationship with my NVex he started to stay with me in my flat and his mother would constantly blow up his phone all night. I can't do that again.

I didn't date until my daughter was nearly a teenager. I know some people might feel that is extreme but I wasn't about to have men around her when she couldn't even communicate to me properly if something did happen. When I did date recently, they didn't met until a year in. He was LVM and thankfully I didn't bring her around my ex a lot. She still doesn't know what happened to him. I'm focusing on traveling now.

OMG! He sounds like a narc. A lot of them love lying about someone dying to manipulate you. I'm glad you got away and glad he's off of Twitch. Twitch can be a very scary place for female streamers. Someone I watch has dudes constantly coming in there and staying really nasty stuff. They sit and do that all night.

That is why a lot of East Asian counties are having issues with population decline. Women here are waking up and realizing it's not worth it to marry or have children. A military women committed suicide not to long ago because she was getting harassed instead of the law protecting her after she was SA'd. I hope your friend is doing okay. It's rough here due to the racism, sexism, and Koreans obsession with plastic surgery and thinness. I joined a group on FB for expat women to help them travel a…

With the rise of Kpop, there are a lot of women who think Korean men are HV. East Asian men in general are thought to be HVM. But literally Korea has their own version of reddit and there's a "sub" where Korean men post tips, tricks, nudes, and IDs of women. On this sub they specifically target Foreign (non-Korean) women. They use their reputation as being sweet and serious to sleep with Foreign women. I think this causes some women to sleep with them because they think something special is happ…

Facts. My mom and sister always doing all the cooking/house/fixing/outside work and then they telling me I need to get married cause I'm a single parent. Why I need a man that can't do anything for me? I already do it all by myself, don't need some testicles thrown into the mix.

Never again! My ex is ugly. I wasn't attracted to him but he def was a narcissist and did what they do in all their relationships. Build you up and then tear you down. So many times I thought to myself he was ugly lol. I looked past it time and time again. I built him up and everything too. He went from no job, overweight, and living with his mom in his 30s to being slim with nice paying government job. We got an apartment together. Come to find out not only was he cheating the entire time we we…

This is the exactly why I didn't go for CS. Has nothing to do with being too proud. I don't want him to ask for any kind of custody. We are stable and secure and happy. If I would have taken up even trying to sever his parental rights, he would have fought it. Dude is a narc. No thanks.

I wish I could tell the old me this! I felt unsettled with my ex. But I stayed way too long due to my age (late 30s now). Dude was a narc. Treated me like hot garbage with his ugly ass face and tiny weenie. Never again.

I've met way too many height-fishes. Everyone I meet always says they're 6ft tall. Listen, why am I always taller than them? I'm 5'11 and 1/2. Just about 6 ft tall with flat ass shoes on and I'm always taller than them lmao!

My mother had a joint account with my father when she first immigrated to the US from Korea. My father ruined her credit by overdrawing their account. Some time after he retired from the Army, they got separate accounts. That didn't stop him from financial abuse then either. He didn't want my mother to work because there was four kids. And when she worked under the table, any money she made went back into our house while my dad withheld his money. They are both retired now and his money is his, …

This is pretty much my experience too. Especially with gay men, a lot of them would talk about my body parts and tell me how nasty they were. I don't hang out with ANY men these days.

This is my sister. She has like 2 women she calls her best friends but she talks so badly about them. I stopped telling her my business when I caught her trash talking me to my mom. Cause my mom a pick me too, all they do is gossip about other people. Meanwhile, they both with NVM. My sister would also talk about one of her friends that was always with a man and dating some married men etc. Well, that is exactly her cause her now-husband was married when she met him. They are exhausting and FAKE…

I met a pedo on a language exchange app. After we chatted for a while, he asked me if I had a kid. I said yes, and then he said if he paid her attention, would I get jealous? I blocked him. This is another reason why I don't even like being friends with men.

Never rely on a man. Let me tell y'all about my family. So my father has always been stingy with his money. As a kid, I even knew this because my mother immigrated to this country because of him. She didn't even speak English and ended up working 2-3 jobs while my father was in the Army. How about now he is totally dependent on us and I looked up his Army payment history. The dude literally sat on 50k at one point at a time when our house got destroyed by a tornado. F-ing sickening.

I don't think they add anything but their D to our lives. I have never been too interested in dating but the few times I have dated, I was left with a child in my early 20's and the other man I dated was a full-on narcissist. Was single for 10 years after my child, and I am going on two years single now again. I honestly don't miss dating or miss anything else about it. I don't want to take care of a man ever again. So don't feel like you have to confirm. There is nothing wrong with what you thi…

I don't understand how anyone would want to marry someone that has zero interest in a child you already have. Are they going to treat that child as an outsider once the other children are born?
