| 1 | How I accepted that I was using weed everyday as an escape from my own inner problems for 2 years now. And how I tackled my anxiety with meditation, exercise, and mindfulness.Hey man. Same boat. Daily smoker. Me and my friends started a tolerance break so that on the 20th we could start again. For a long time I've known I smoke too much, and whenever I've tried to quit that anxiety would manifest in my behavior just like you said. And I end up pushing away people I love. This post has meant a lot me and I am going to try meditation, and being immersed in my environment. | /r/TheRedPill | 02/04/17 11:25 PM |
