Atm i'm at the 30's stage, and i've always been around adult women either in my neighborhood, or work. They don't really improve on the friendship aspect. They might improve on boundaries, but it really just feels subpar, compared to the male friendships I've experienced, and observed. The slight distance, and surface level communication persists.
