4	Cant stand up for myself, I just ignore when people treat me wrong I don't disagree with you; but, I think that with most noobs they don't know how to channel confidence within at first. Imo, lifting weights is a kick start to gaining confidence and makes it a little easier to realize that you are an awesome person and the rest follows. 7	I noticed today how powerful a good smell is. I spray one spray on my chest, and one on my wrist. I rub my wrists together and then rub my wrists on my neck. That way I smell good but is not overpowering. Plus when they say I smell good and go to smell my chest I'll direct them towards my neck so it's easier to kino because they'll be closer than bending over to smell my chest.	/r/seduction	09/10/14 04:25 PM
